I need to cancel a subscription for an account I can no longer access
I need to cancel my subscription as my dropbox was tied to an email address from an old employer. I can't get assistance from anything online with dropbox. I am just directed to have a password reset...

Below, I will provide the correct steps you need to follow, to contact our support team about this, so that your ticket doesn't get closed:
- Open a private browsing window on your browser and go to this page: https://www.dropbox.com/get_help/billing-issue/logged-out-form
- In the "Email address associated with your Dropbox account" section, add an email address you can access
- Describe your issue and provide the appropriate billing info
- Click "Send"
Once you do that, please send us your ticket number here, so we can look it up in our system.
