I paid for a Plus plan but no space was added to my account
Hi there.
I have made an Upgrade from Basic - to 2000GB storage (Dropbox Plus).
And I have paid 200 EUR for it.
Money is transferred from my account, and I have received a confirmation email.
Problem: There has not been added any ekstra storage onto my account!
Så it is paid, but still on Basic.
Has anyone else tried this also?
On e-mail confirmation there is no customer service to respond to, and I have tried to look into all diffrent FAQ´s and Help-center about it.

Hey Alvonsaaberg, sorry to see that you're having issues with your upgrade.
Can you let me know how you upgraded the account? Did you use your Dropbox mobile app to upgrade through Apple iTunes/Google Play?
Or did you upgrade directly from our website?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Great to hear from you.
I wanted to syncronize my iPhone with my MacBook, and then there wasn´t enough space.
So it made the sufggestion to upgrde and then I did.
I can send you details if you like. (login/username)
But here is the payment transaction-ID: [removed per the Dropbox Community Guidelines]

So, it sounds like you paid for your upgrade directly with your credit card through our website.
Can you please use this page to look up the transaction ID and see if the upgrade went to the correct account?
This page should give you the email address associated with the Dropbox account that was upgraded; is it the same as the one you're logged into?
