I received a message that I have two Dropbox accounts with the same Apple ID and I see no upgrade.
I paid to upgrade but the upgrade never appeared on my account. I tried again and I received the message that I had 2 accounts with the same Apple ID ! The money has been taken from my account but st...

Hi Megan
I requested a refund via Apple and I received a message to say the refund had been approved.
I’ll attach the initial invoice anyway.
So I guess I will leave it at that. It has consumed too much time and left me rather irritated.

Since you upgraded your Dropbox account via iTunes, I’d like you to try these steps next and let me know if they help (in case you haven’t tried them already).
Other than that, did Dropbox send you any kind of confirmation via email when you paid for an upgrade the first time?

Signed in with Apple, and received a confirmation e mail 48 hours later to my normal e mail, to confirm the money had been debited.
Still no upgrade on my account, just the basic.
