I upgraded to Dropbox Professional, but my account is still Basic, why?
i have Dropbox Professional (2/1/2025 to 2/1/2026) so i need to get 3tb storage instead i only have basic 2gb i need my storage back or refund it .... i have literary no means to talk to a human and ...

Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

yea i have the receipt and invoice and i upgraded post a free plan on the site directly and i was directly through my credit card
