Thanks for your reply Mark. Looking further into my account I can see I am a team member. I can only assume by being a team member DropBox automatically gives one a basic account. What is puzzling is that as I have stored nothing in it the space is almost all used up. But that’s another matter. Thanks once again.

Are you sure you arent part of a Team folder? Thats a different thing to a Team Account - its basically as Megan said just a type of Shared folder.
If your account is basic you arent a Team member.
