I've been billed twice, even though I pay once a year for my Dropbox plan. Can I be refunded?
Hello
I have one accunt on subscription, I pay once a year. I saw on my credit card that I was charged twice. What can I do to get my money back since I was overcharged.

If you were charged directly by Dropbox (and not iTunes/Google Play), I’d like you to check your bank statement once more and see if there are two different transaction IDs linked to each one of your Dropbox charges.
In case there are, I’d like you to go to this page next and use them both in the provided field; are you seeing the same email address for both payments?
From your post, it sounds like you’ve been billed for two different Dropbox accounts/subscriptions, so I’d like to verify if that’s the case indeed.
Let me know what you find, and we'll go from there.
