Hi, I recently noticed that Dropbox have charged back the $119 it has refunded. context: for 2024 and 2025, I have been charged $119 consecutively, in my previous attempt to contact support, support has guaranteed that both will be refunded, but I noticed recently that Chase has refunded one of those charge, and Dropbox has attempted to refund one of those charge but then charge it back. Can you explain why?
