I've paid for a Dropbox subscription, but my space remained 2GB.
Hi, why does my storage still showing 2gb instead of 2TB? ive bought the plan and the payment is successful. Would appreciate the help, thanks :)

If you're signed into a free Basic account, but are getting charged, it usually means that you have another account that's on a paid subscription.
Let's see what we can find about this, though.
Are the charges coming to your credit card or are you paying through iTunes/Google Play?
If it's a credit card charge, please use the billing info here, to find the email address associated with the paid account; is it the exact same one as the one you see in your free 2 GB account?

In that case, coldair, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team for further assistance.
The way to reach out to our support team is to go to this page from a private browsing/incognito window on your browser.
Fill out the form and submit your request.

thanks Hanna but when I follow the directions I do not get a form to fill out rather ir repeats my options as a non paying member. I can provide screen shots of my PP charges proving I paid but still I am stuck in limbo
