I've paid for Plus but it's not on my account
I’m paying for Dropbox Plus for years and now it says I have the basic account and I have to upgrade. I tried to upgrade but then it says I already have the upgrade. I pay with apple and every month ...

Hi there,
Did you try to open your Dropbox Mobile App and restored your Apple Purchases there? If you claimed you have done that already kindly update your Dropbox app from the App Store, and follow the steps again. https://help.dropbox.com/billing/subscription-error-mobile

I already tried that, but there is no button to click to restore my apple purchases.

It's under Settings within the Dropbox app. Tap the Account tab, then the gear at the top right. Scroll to the bottom and you'll see an option to restore purchases.
