Multiple accounts and double billing
Hello there,
Happy to jump on to the community and looking forward to resolution of my issue.
I too have noticed that when I try to log into dropbox on different devices that different accounts show up which is rather frustrating. The message that I keep receiving is my account is full but I am asking how could it be full when I can't even find my files. I have the pertinent references on my bank statements but I feel I should be getting access to ONE account regardless of the device I use.

Hey moniquemedford, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
It sounds like you have more than one accounts and that you're logged into different accounts on your devices.
To make sure you're signed into the correct account on all devices, you can sign out of the account you're currently logged into and log into the one you'd like to use.
As for the charges you mentioned, you can try our self served look up tool to see if you can identify the email address that's associated with them.

Thank you for your prompt response yesterday. This is Monique.
I went to research my particular issue and was able to find a log of all the payments so far for 2023 as follows

This is my statement up to May 2023. Have not received June as yet.
From this info, would you be able to derive which type of dropbox accounts I have. I remember I used to pay USD$11.99 per month and then when it told me I ran out of space, I jumped to a US$14.09. However, it still keeps telling me that the dropbox is full.
I believe we are making headway. Help me get to the finishing line once and for all. I need the information from the two dropbox services merged into one drop box only. Thereon in, I would like to be making one payment only and being able to log onto ALL my devices and get the one service.

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
