My credit card was charged for a Dropbox subscription, despite being on the free Basic plan.
Hi has anyone had an issue with a large debit from Dropbox coming up on your credit card despite being on Dropbox basic which comes up as “free” and no payment history shown in account invoices.
Thanks

Thanks for posting on our Community today, Janinep!
If you see that you’re on the free Basic plan here, then you’re most likely being charged for a totally separate Dropbox account under another email address.
When checking your bank statement, are your charges coming directly from Dropbox or iTunes/Google Play?
If the former, please use this page to find out for which Dropbox account you’re currently being billed; you can then log out of your current account and sign in to the correct one to see your subscription.
Let me know, if that helps.
