My invoices do not show up in my account settings

What do I do when invoices are not showing up in the billing section? I can normally just download them each month but it is telling me there is not activity despite the fact that we pay every month!

    Hey DD37, thanks for reaching out to us today.

     

    Is it possible that you might be signed in to a different Dropbox account, than your paid one at the moment?

     

    Which plan do you see in the plan tab of your account settings?

     

    If you see that you're in your paid account, but the billing tab doesn't show your invoices, please try from a different browser or a private browsing window.

     

    Let me know what you find!
