Need a refund for an accidental chargeback

I need help with refund asap from accidental chargeback to my bank account through Paypal and I cannot get help through live chat because currently it is not working or broken.

    Its worth just pointing out that Dropbox do state that refunds are not issued after charges - this is why you are warned multiple times before a charge is made.
