Need to reduce licenses
What needs to be done to reduce the number of licenses that we are paying for?
- 8 years agoI am pretty sure you can only do this upon renewal of your contract to a minimum of 3 (it used to be 5).
You can alter the licences you need at the Admin dashboard: https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/dashboard - 8 years agoEntering a minus symbol and a number doesn’t work to show the 'Remove licenses' option?If this is the case, would it be okay to message you at the email address associated with your forum profile to assist further?
