Can't reduce team's licences down to one

I'm trying to remove 2 licenses. We had 3, I only need one for myself now. I removed the other two team members that were using the other two licenses. When I attempt to reduce the license number to 1, I get a message saying "Your plan must have at least 3 licenses. You may not have fewer licenses than team members, and your account has 3 licenses by default". Of course this is no longer true, because I removed the other 2 team members already. Please help.

A Business team account has a minimum of three licenses. You can't reduce a Business account to a single license. You can reduce it to a single user, but you'll still be paying for three licenses with two of those licenses going unused.

If you no longer need a Business team account with three licenses, you would need to cancel your subscription and disband the team, then you could upgrade to one of the individual plans if you need the space and other features.

Thanks for that. Will changing my plan affect any of my data? Hopefully minimal impact and investment of time.

Hi Nate B.7, when you say changing your plan, do you mean downgrading it to a personal account, or something else?

The only thing that may happen is team folders will disband to standard shared ones.
