No option to remove payment method on my Basic plan
Last year we had a teams account for a specific project which has now completed. My email was the admin account. After canceling the renewal since the account was no longer needed, my credit card is still listed as a payment method under my free/basic account with no option to remove it. I want my CC info completely removed from the system, but because it is a free account I have no access to dropbox chat/email/support/etc. Any idea how to get it off of there? I am not going to pay for another month of a subscription just so I can get in touch with them to remove my payment info.

I have same issue , i would like to remove my card and i am on basic plan so there is no option to change /remove like other, you can email me at same dropbox/this account gmail

Before we email you, can you please login to your account from a different browser, to see if you're still seeing your payment method?
