Payment made via Google Pay, account not upgraded

3 years agoAs the payment isn't on the system, could you try cancelling the plan and requesting a refund from Google Play directly, and try upgrading again via the app, or the Dropbox site directly?

Yes I have raised a complaint through my bank and requested for a refund. I dont think dropbox has made any sort of enquiry through UPI id which is very complacent on their part. Just checking is a transaction is successful or not does not count for any investigation. Very disappointed in their service.
