PDF editing/signature requests aren't included as features when trying to pay for Dropbox Plus.

When I view the plan and pricing offer for Dropbox Plus, it includes functionality to edit PDFs and get signatures. When I proceed to buy the plan, this functionality is not stated within the summary and it doesn't appear based on if I select to pay yearly or monthly.

Thanks for posting here, Mrs T.

You should be able to edit PDF files and send out signature requests no matter the Dropbox plan you’re on.

However, just to have a visual of what you’re seeing exactly, can you send me a couple of screenshots here? I’ll have a look at them for you (just make sure first there’s no personal info showing).

Let me know when you’re ready.

Hey Mrs T, let me jump in here!

This is a smaller summary with some of the feature that our Plus plan offers.

If you need to see an in depth overview, feel free to have a look here

This shows the edit PDFs offer

Thank you Nancy & Megan for the clarification.
