Pop-up notification for more storage, is not going away.
I am constantly receiving pop-up ads from Dropbox that have no option for me to opt-out or even close out the ad. It is extremely annoying and takes up a lot of my time. How do I eliminate this nuisance?

Hey Ashley6210, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!
Could you send us a couple of screenshots of what you described so that we can have a visual too?
Do these pop-up ads refer to not having enough Dropbox space or simply asking you to upgrade? Would you mind checking your plan page online, and let me know what your quota looks like?
In any case, you should have an X button located in the top right corner of the pop-up window in order to close the ad. Is this correct?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
