Promo popup offer disappeared
Hello, I had a promotion offer pop-up when I logged in today, but I wanted to check how much the upgrade prices were before commiting to it. I assumed it would be available on the upgrade page, but now the offer isn't appearing anywhere, even when I logout and log back in. Is there a place where offers are logged so I could review it again?

Can you send me a screenshot of the promo offer you mention, along with its expiration date? Please also attach a screenshot of the error message that you saw.
I’d like to investigate this further.

Hi jw1313, I’m sorry to hear this.
From what I can see, Walter offered to open you a ticket, but you didn’t confirm after that point.
If you still want us to look into this though, we can most definitely open a ticket for you now and investigate further.

Hi Nancy, here are the two screen shots you requested (the email offer and also the offer being declined). To include the email date (top right corner) as well as the expiration on one page I had to reduce the text of the email to allow both to fit in one screenshot. Thank you
