Purchase page keeps refreshing
I am trying to upgrade back to Dropbox Plus but the checkout page keeps refreshing the page continuously. I am unable to purchase the upgrade and the bot is completely useless.

3 years agoDo you have any proxy, VPN, or even ISP/router issues could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

I don't think so as I am using Dropbox everyday including the online version without and problem.

Did you, by any chance, try a different payment method, in order to upgrade your Dropbox account? If you’ve got another card, or even PayPal, please give that a go and let me know what happens.
If that’s not possible though, I can open a ticket for you and investigate this further.
