Switching from Apple to Website
I'm trying to switch from a mobile subscription (Apple) to a subscription to Dropbox. I was told to cancel my Apple subscription (which I did) and then I would be able to sign up on Dropbox.
Yet, I'm still told that "Your plan and billing information are managed externally," when I try to upgrade online.
I understand from a prior post that I have to wait for my account to downgrade to basic and then sign up, yet I got a refund on my ANNUAL subscription from Apple. Does this mean I may have to wait a year to upgrade on Dropbox's end?

- Djspider2 years agoExplorer | Level 3I’m having the exact same problem. Has anyone figured out a solution? I was talking to Dropbox support and Apple support at the same time today and no one could figure it out. I just want to switch from my payment method thru Apple App Store to the Dropbox website so I can increase storage and change plans if needed. Apple doesn’t offer increase storage.
