ticket stupidity...
I need to open a ticket. I go to https://www.dropbox.com/support and can view my tickets of the past, but nowhere is there an option to submit a new ticket. What am I missing? Please advise. _narasu...

The Support page will show you the support options that are available to your account type, and not all account types have access to the ticket system now.
If you're having a billing or sign-in issue, you can visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

His invite says âyou have been invited to edit a folder on Dropboxâ. Donât know anything more since I can not get in.

My guess then is that the size of the folder you are being invited to is too large - check what quota you have available at www.dropbox.com/account/plan and speak to the person inviting you. If it is larger than what you have you need to pay to upgrade.
