Trying to open my invoice - getting an error and it says I'm on a Basic account
I was billed for the cheapest version of dropbox but when I try to open the invoice it sends me to an error page. I am not being helped by any support because my drop box "status" shows that I am not...

I was able to get in contact with customer support through email It was a glitch in their systems but thank you for your assistance!

The error sends me back to the page where I can look up the payment and just says "link is not valid" . I only have one account so Im not sure how it would be the wrong one.

If the link isnt working, and Dropbox are saying its not an upgraded account, you almost certainly have accidentally upgraded a different one at some point.
