Unable to claim promotion on my new HP OMEN computer

I got a brand new OMEN PC for Christmas and at first, there was Dropbox promo available in task bar (Win 11), but after installing the app from website the promo disappeared. It was supposed to be 25...

Thats why. 

You have to install directly using the software already installed on the machine. 

The only way to get it now would be a factory reset of the device to use the preinstalled version.

    I did factory reset the PC but the promo did not show up.

      You will need to contact Omen support for assistance then. They will need to get that back on your machine to be able to claim it.

        That was the first thing I did and they said they are not able to help me and that I should contact Dropbox support.
