Urgent, cant update my billing information
Hi, Im trying to update my credit card, but I get the following erro message when trying to do so: " You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency....

4 years agoYou should be able to attach a screenshot through the camera icon in your reply's box, Peter.
As for your current plan, you can find out by navigating to your plan tab.

I am having same problem, repeatedly, as everyone else; same error message as in various screenshots--red banner at top about being "unable to update credit card because of currency none." My account had expired and was trying to renew/upgrade it, but tried to update expired credit card. VERY frustrating, have wasted over an hour trying to figure this out--multiple browsers, with/without VPN, different credit cards, same problem. This has been going on since at least November, and it's late January and is still not fixed? The support Chatbot is absolutely useless--there was no option to chat with a live person to actually try to give Dropbox my money to buy the product. I'm giving up, must be a sign I don't really need to renew/upgrade.

It seems that your account was downgraded to the Basic plan which comes for free, this is probably why you're unable to update your billing information, Peter.
Did you get any emails from Dropbox informing you about your subscription's renewal or maybe a notification that Dropbox is unable to renew your subscription at some point in September or prior to that?

I cannot remember getting any requests for renewal
There was some confusion of which email had Drop box accounts
( again I am old and IT stuff scares me)
The email accounts I now use to log in is
The other emails were
Should I try to upgrade using my outlook.com email
