Urgent, cant update my billing information
Hi, Im trying to update my credit card, but I get the following erro message when trying to do so: " You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency....

And can you let us know if you're on a subscription already and are just trying to update your billing info, or are you perhaps trying to upgrade your account anew?

Have you tried updating your billing info/upgrading via another browser/incognito window and you keep receiving an error message?
Let me know, and we can take it from there.

I having same problem, I downgraded my account to free 'Dropbox Basic' in order make currency/country change possible but getting
"You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency.". I tried it in few different browsers in some Im getting that error message in some not but nothing happening anyway. Also tried Paypal but got 'There was a problem completing this request.'
