Urgent, cant update my billing information
Hi, Im trying to update my credit card, but I get the following erro message when trying to do so: " You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency....

Have you tried to do this from a different browser, or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

I tried updating my billing from a different browser but that did not help. I am still getting that message. "You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."
I need to update the billing info. What do you suggest I do now?

Hi jlsdunn, is your account on a Dropbox Basic plan currently? If so, then there is no billing info to update, so you'd need to purchase the plan you want from this page.

No, there HAVE been small charges to this basic account. Please see the screen shot below. I want to change the billing information for these recurring mall charges. But I keep getting that message: "You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."
