Urgent, cant update my billing information
Hi, Im trying to update my credit card, but I get the following erro message when trying to do so: " You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency....

Having same issues. No idea why previous payment option was unsuccessful. Can’t update payment option for current subscription

Can you kindly clarify your current plan, along with the exact error you receive when trying to upgrade?
Is the error message, the same as the OP's?

Current Plan: Dropbox Plus
Eror Message: "You can't update your billing information because Credit Card doesn't support None currency."
Same no matter what platform, what device, what browser.

Hey Eddie B. , sorry to jump in here, but could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting (including the URL you're navigating to) so that we can have a visual too?
- Evan3 years agoNew member | Level 2I'm having this none currency problem. It won't accept my paypal anymore got some reason, so I tried a credit card and it won't accept that because of the none currency glitch. Please fix this, force it or something thanks.
