We should be able to purchase again a specific grandfathered plan we were previously on.
I was on a Dropbox plan which gave me an extra 13 TB of data with the Grandfathered plan, Now I had to renew the plan as it was canceled due to payment failure. Now there is no option to get the dat...

2 years agoUnfortunately, it's like most organisations - grandfathered rights are a privilege which is a benefit of payments not failing, etc.
The only people who can help with this would be Dropbox sales/support online via www.dropbox.com/support or www.dropbox.com/business.
