What happens to my storage once I cancel my plan? What will be my quota?

Hello,

I am currently using a free plan with approximately 22GB of storage and am considering upgrading to the ‘Dropbox Plus’ plan. I have a question: if I cancel my subscription in the future, will my free storage space revert to the ~22GB I currently have, or will it be reduced to the standard 2GB?

Thank you in advance for your help.

It will go back to what you had before as long as none of that space is time limited and expires in the meantime :)

Hello nzzhang and welcome to the Dropbox Community 😁. It’s great to see that Mark has provided you with the details you needed to help decide whether to upgrade your Dropbox plan.

On a different note, I’d love to hear more about how you use Dropbox in general - if you’re open to sharing! I’m always curious about different workflows and would be thrilled to discover any helpful tips that could benefit you or even our internal teams.
