Why am I not eligible for a free trial of the Dropbox Plus plan?
Why is it that I'm not eligible for the free trial of the plus? When It states a "Try Free for 30 days" and when I try to subscribe it, it says not eligible for it.

Can you please clarify if you had ever started a trial from this Dropbox account in the past?
If you did, it's normal that you're not eligible for another one now.
In that case, you can use another Dropbox account (associated with a different email address of yours) and use the trial from there.
