Why am I still being charged, even though I've already cancelled my plan?

I've cancelled my subscription, but for some odd reason, which I just don't seem to understand why, but I am still being charged after I cancelled my subscription, and I'm just trying to figure out why am I even still being charged, and also how to fix this problem . I hope that I can fix this error/bug asap!

    First, lookup the charge to make sure that the account you cancelled is the one you're still being billed for. If the account matches, contact Support directly.

    To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
