Why was I charged? Can I get my money back?

Dropbox have taken £216 out of my account!! Is there any way that I will be able to get my money back? I literally cancelled same day and I am based in the UK

  • Hi, You can try contacting Dropbox Support but in most cases, payments for Dropbox subscriptions and team member licenses aren't refundable.

    To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues.

    I cancelled the subscription straight away and it says refund "pending" does this mean I'll get my money back?

    Please contact Dropbox support. They are the only ones who can assist you, based on my information.

    Hi tookmymoney12, if you can see that the refund is pending according to this page, then it should take 3-5 working days to be reflected back onto your payment method.
