"You are not allowed to make this purchase" when upgrading from Essentials to Business
I've ran out of space on my Essentials account (4TB, I bought 1TB extra) and would like to get more storage space. I figured that if I switch to business account I'll get 9TB of space, which is worth...

I'm thinking out loud here so could be wrong but I wonder if the issue is your add on of the 1TB extra space - sometimes Dropbox blocks you from upgrading if you'd be 'worse off' in its eyes if you couldnt take something with you to the new plan.
I'd suggest contacting support tomorrow when they are open and see what they say/suggest 🙂
