Backing up computer problem
Just established my dropbox account and trying to follow instructions to back up my computer but "preferences" does NOT display when I click on my avatar so cannot get anywhere.

Remember that it's referring to clicking your avatar in the Dropbox application on your computer; not on the Dropbox website.

3 years agoNow that you've found the app itself, you can click on it once and view the avatar or initials on the top right corner to access the preferences.

I've been able to follow instructions on how to free up my C Drive.
