Can’t sign in after using "Hide my email" when signing in through Apple

I created on my phone a drop box account - Professional - it seems to be linked with a private email - [removed per the Dropbox Community Guidelines] -

This seems to be linked to my real email address….

I also downloaded App on iPad Pro - which prompted me to sign in under my real email address - so the same as I’m receiving emails from above…

Now I can’t seem to get into the original account I have… only the new one.

The app on my iPhone seems to be linked to my Apple ID … and the new one on my iPad does not recognise my Apple ID… and only gets me into my new account…

I don’t know how to sync them…. Any advice?

Hey AnthonySS, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.

A bit of a tricky situation, but we should be able to figure this out.

Do you need the new account that you created under your real email address?

If not, I would suggest deleting it, to free up your real address and then add it to your original account, which if I understood correctly, you can still access through the app on your iPhone.

You can use the steps here, to add the address.

Let me know how it goes.
