Can I prevent email notifications for Paper docs?

I'm new and I've seen that when changes are made to a Paper doc that the text of the changes are sent via email in as EXPOSED manner (like a screenshot).  Can I prevent that from happening (permission / security / notification setting) for all collaborators of that document?

Hi westje, thanks for contacting us.

Could you let us know more information about the email notifications you're referring to?

A screenshot showing this, while hiding any names or email addresses, would help greatly.

This way, we would be able to assist further on this matter.

This is sensitive information so I will be unable to attach a screenshot.  It was a Paper doc. The changes were:  changing some text to bold and adding a sentence.  The email was from “Dropbox Paper” and the subject was ‘Changes to filename’.  The content of the email was a screenshot of that section of the document with the changes highlighted in green shading.

Thanks for the info. We appreciate the feedback on this matter.
Currently, there isn't an option to disable notifications for all members of a Dropbox Paper document to not receive notifications.
We take all comments into consideration when improving Dropbox Paper and services.

Is there any Dropbox app/document that is created and edited within Dropbox and that would let users collaborate (ask & answer questions, leave comments, assign actions) and would provide notification of changes (doc/app was updated by XYZ on Date/time) but not expose the content in the notification?

    Hey westje!

The only Dropbox product that would match the description you provided is Dropbox Paper.

However, you wouldn't be able to change the notifications for all collaborators on that document.

If you have any other questions, let me know!
