Dropbox own web server. How to turn it on?

I have read that dropbox has its own web server but to turn this on you need to enable it in the settings. I cannot find this. Could someone please tell me how to turn this feature on?       ...

I suggest following the instructions from Honeywell - as that will tell you how to get the info in to their software
