I tried to connect my desktop app to my old Dropbox account, but I accidentally made a new one.
Device
Dell all-in-one
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
Windows 11
Question or Issue
I have a new Dell all-in-one desktop PC. It is intended to replace a prior Dell All-in-one PC which has a Windows 10 OS that is no longer supported. To access my prior Dropbox account and files, I thought I needed to download the Dropbox app on my new PC. Apparently, that was a big mistake. I now have two Dropbox accounts, can't access the first account on my new PC, and new account doesn't have the capacity to house the files from the first account should I try to transfer them over. I have messed with this unsuccessfully for more than a week, read the suggested articles and FAQs, etc. I'm ready to just terminate the new account and look for other storage options. How do I terminate my new account? For that matter, how do I terminate both accounts?
Thank you.
