How can I change the email address for receiving invoices?
Good evening,
I need to change the email address for receiving invoices.
The current email address is [removed] should be replaced with [removed]
Please let me know quickly

Hey ilariacecchi, I just wanted to add, that in case you're an admin of a Dropbox Business team and you want a different admin (using a different email address) to receive the invoices, that admin will need to update the team billing info from their admin console here.
That way, they will be receiving the invoice emails.

Hi there,
We've got an IT admin managing the dropbox licenses seats etc on the administration interface, but want to send bills to another email address - that other billing email address do not have any account on our dropbox team plan. Is this feature really not possible? That would be pretty weird, every other service allow adding an additional billing email address.

That is correct. You'd need to add them as part of your Dropbox account, and change their rights in order to add them as an admin.
Once that'd be done, you can use the steps that Hannah has provided above, in order to have them update the team billing info from their admin console.
