"Meet Your New Sidebar" keeps popping up every time I access Dropbox in my web browser.
"Meet Your New Sidebar" keeps popping up every time I access Dropbox in my web browser. If I hit Next and then close, it will come back again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again forever. How can I get rid of this once and for all?
Click the little arrow on the right to switch views, it will hopefully stop the popup.

What little arrow on the right? I'm having the same problem, but not seeing any arrows to switch views. Can you provide a screenshot?

AB SA, can you provide me with a full screenshot of what you see on your end? I'll try to guide you this way.

Nancy Here's the screenshot from my end. I'm not seeing any arrows on the right to change views, so would love some clarification or suggestions on how to kill this notification.
Permanently!!!At the moment, this is coming up every single time I move between folders. Usually these sorts of "tutorial" notifications only appear once and disappear forever once closed. I've never seen something like this constantly appear within the same session.
It's beyond ridiculous having to close this thing multiple times while trying to move around in the platform. - sdgsdgdhgdh9 months agoHelpful | Level 5
I got messed up with this too...
ClaudeDenis stated that the ARROW is on the RIGHT SIDE... It is NOT ... it is on the LEFT SIDE BOTTOM:
Somehow I can't do a screenshot in this window... it gets blocked. Best I can do is use text?!?!
It looks like this:

In AB SA's screenshot, the right-facing arrow you need to click is above the orange button at the bottom left side with the letters RH. That will fix it.

sdgsdgdhgdh- thanks so much for that! So far it seems to have resolved the issue. I've refreshed the page a few times, moved around in different folders, uploaded stuff, and the notification isn't coming back like it was. Wiggly bits crossed that's the end of it! 🤞🤞
Just to confirm for anyone else having the same problem, look for this symbol above your account avatar in the bottom left-hand corner. It says "Hide sidebar" when you hover over it. - sdgsdgdhgdh9 months agoHelpful | Level 5
Hi AB SA, You are most welcome. 🙂
