Don't move the actual shared folder. Once you have the shared folder in place between the accounts and you've moved your files from Dropbox1 into it, move the content of the shared folder (not the folder itself) to another folder in Dropbox2. That will remove the files from the shared folder, and ultimately, from Dropbox1.

is it connected to the face that dropbox1 is locked?
or because it between two business account?

Can you give us more information on why it isn't working? What error are you getting exactly, and at what stage?

Sorry for jumping in, amitdonio.
It still looks like you're trying to move the whole shared folder, which seems to be the issue.
Can you try to move only the files located within it, or instead of moving them, just copy them to another location on your Dropbox account?
