The date format is not changed
In the settings it is not possible to change the date format. The date format is not changed to DD/MM/YYYY
The problem can be solved?

Click this option on the top right on your screen when on the Files page:

As I mentioned previously, this date is only for viewing files on the website. It doesn't rename files for you. This is where you'll see the date format.

Could you clarify where exactly you're expecting to see the filenames?
