Verifying email not working. It won't let me share content.

I have verified my email address multiple times and Dropbox will not let me share or copy a link and it keeps saying that I can't until my email address is verified.  What can I do?  I can't even chat with support because it says I have to verify my email address.

    Having the same problem. Dropbox will not verify my email using the link they send me. Have put in repair tickets to no avail.

    Nevermind... It appears after signing up for dropbox forum and verifying there my account was updated to verified.

    Hi,

    I am getting the same issue, the verification of email is done multiple times but still back to the same loop, can the dropbox team connect on [removed per Community Guidelines]

    Hi Ananyac! Can you try to verify your email address once again and send me a few screenshots of what you see on your end? I’ll be able to further help this way.

    Just make sure to hide your personal info first.
