Why was my account disabled?
Company account with email (quandinh@**** like email Dropbox of me) has been disabled from Saturday, July 11, 2020.
Dropbox hasn't emailed notification?
This account is used for business.
Please help me!

Failed to login: acc disabled.
It worked perfectly last week .
But now when i try to sign in it says this account has been disabled.
I can't even reset passwords.

im not abble to login to have acces to the privileges of 1 day response through email that comes with my paid subscription
anyways ... i cant find where to write an email to the drop box support team
im completely desperate ... all my company and clients are through this huge drop box i have

I would suggest submitting a ticket with our team from here, while signed out of any Dropbox accounts.

Please submit a ticket with our team by visiting this page via an incognito window, so you're signed out of any Dropbox account.
This will make sure it's directed to the correct team to handle this.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Suport directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Hello,
I have a paid dropbox account under a different email. When I tried to access my files today the website informed me that my account was disabled, however when I checked my email there was no notice of termination or deactivation. Has this happened to anyone else and is there any way to resolve it?

Hi Justin Muschette, could you contact the support team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
Make sure to enter the same email for the account you're experiencing issues with, and then let me know the ticket ID from the automated response you receive.
