2FA: "key not found" error when trying to use my Titan v2 USB-C security key

"key not found" is the error provided. Error is reproduced on both Windows and Android. [removed per Community Guidelines]

Can you double check if your security key follows the required standards that are mentioned here?

If it does, please let me know and we’ll look into this further.

Ah, I see my link to the stats page has been deleted. The key follows both of these standards:

  • FIDO Universal 2nd Factor (U2F)
  • Web Authentication (WebAuthn), also known as FIDO2

Google, the key's developer, was involved in the development of the FIDO2 standard.
