Hi delux
No, unfortunately not. Once an account is closed for inactivity its not possible to recover its contents.

My payed-for account seems to have been closed by Dropbox. I received a message in January saying my credit card was no longer valid. My computer had been stolen, so I didn't read it. Now in July my account does not existg any longer. How can I communicate this to the company?

Hi ljwaisman, I hope you're doing well!
Keep in mind, that even if your account got downgraded, that doesn't mean it would have been deleted. Do you remember when was the last time you accessed your Dropbox account online?
Also, do you get any errors when trying to sign back into the account?
Keep me posted!
