So it was un-suspended but it looks like she failed to disconnect it. I have told her about it, but it said she already disconnected by account. Does it take time before it becomes individual?
I'm worried because she might lose access to it since she said she cancelled her subscription. Will it be possible for Dropbox to assist me on this?

1 month agoHI RedRaselom13, if the account still says it's a member on the Dropbox team, then it means they didn't disconnect it.
Could you ask them to try again to follow the steps to convert it to a personal account away from the team?
