I'm an admin on Dropbox, but I can't create a folder - "You need permission to perform this action"

Hello guys,

 

I used Dropbox of business plan as a admin, but the folder cannot create and just pop-up notice that ' You need permission to perform this action'

but.. I already admin and paid by myself...

 

Can you know why this problem happen..?

    Are you trying to create the folder from the main Dropbox page, or via the admin console?

     

    This will help me to assist further!

    From main drop box folder on window folder !

    Everytime when i want to create folder, this pop-up showing always.. But i am already admin.

    Are you trying to create a folder in your personal folder, or in the team space for your account?

    In team folder.

     

    and in my I-pad dropbox folder, my status is 'read only'

    Thanks for the info. In order to add folders into a team folder, you'd need to add them from the Dropbox site or the admin console directly.
